Emvron ("the App") is a premium work schedule and income manager for shift workers and part-timers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and your rights.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Information We Collect
The following information is collected or processed by the App.

3. RevenueCat (Subscription)
Emvron uses RevenueCat to manage Pro membership subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous purchase receipt token issued by Apple — it does not receive your name, email, or payment card details.

4. Firebase Crashlytics
Emvron uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to detect and diagnose app crashes. Firebase Analytics is explicitly disabled — only crash reporting is active.
Firebase Crashlytics collects the following information upon a crash:
- Device model, OS version, and app version
- Crash location (stack trace)
- Timestamp of the crash (UTC)

5. How We Use Information
Collected information is used solely for the following purposes.
- App Services: Shift scheduling, income calculation, Smart Alarm Sync, clock-in/out tracking
- Multi-Device Sync: Synchronizing your schedule and income data across your Apple devices via iCloud
- Subscription: Validating and restoring your Pro membership via RevenueCat
- Stability: Crash diagnosis and bug fixes via Firebase Crashlytics
We do not sell or share your schedule or income data with any third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
- Schedule & Income Data (Local): Stored on your device and permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
- Schedule & Income Data (iCloud): If iCloud sync is in use, uninstalling the App alone does not remove your iCloud copy. To fully delete iCloud data, run Settings → Reset All Data before uninstalling.
- Subscription Data: RevenueCat's anonymous receipt tokens are governed by RevenueCat's retention policy. Contact us to request deletion.
- Crash Reports: Firebase Crashlytics retains crash data for 90 days per Google's retention policy.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the following rights.
- Right of Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Right of Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data
- Right to Restriction: Request limitation of processing

9. Children's Privacy
Emvron is not directed to children under the age of 13 (US) or 16 (EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you become aware that a child has used the App, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate steps to delete the relevant data.
10. Security
Schedule and income data is stored in iOS Core Data and protected by the device's file system encryption.
When iCloud sync is enabled, data is transmitted to and stored in Apple's iCloud under Apple's encryption policy, both in transit and at rest. Your data is never transmitted to our servers.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated due to changes in law or service updates. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notifications or this page.
Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
