Overview
Eutaxis ("the App") is a professional on-site measurement and reporting tool for construction, interior, and inspection work. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App creates, how it is stored, and your rights over it.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Information Created by the App
Eutaxis does not "collect" data in the traditional sense — there is nowhere for it to go. The table below lists what the App creates on your device as you use it.

Camera, Microphone & Motion Sensors
- Camera — used live by AR Ruler Pro for surface detection, and to capture Photo Tagger and Before/After images. The camera feed itself is never recorded or saved; only the photos you explicitly capture are stored.
- Microphone — used live by Noise Analyzer to estimate decibel levels. Audio is analyzed in real time and discarded immediately; no audio recording is ever saved. Only the resulting numeric dB reading is stored if you save the measurement.
- Motion sensors — used by Level Pro to read device pitch and roll. Only the numeric angle you choose to save is stored.
- Location — used only if you choose to attach a site address to a report. Off by default; you can use every tool in the App without ever granting it.
Third-Party Services
A future version may add optional crash reporting or a subscription plan for advanced features. If that happens, this policy will be updated in advance, and any new data practice will be described here before it takes effect.
Data Retention & Deletion
- All data described above is stored in the App's local database and file storage on your device only.
- Deleting a project, measurement, photo, or report inside the App removes it immediately and permanently — there is no remote copy to also delete.
- Uninstalling the App deletes all of its data. Eutaxis does not currently sync to iCloud, so there is no backup — export or share anything you want to keep before you uninstall or reset your device.
Sharing Your Data
When you export a PDF report or a photo using the iOS Share Sheet, you choose where it goes — AirDrop, email, Messages, cloud storage, and so on. That transfer is between you and the destination you pick; Eutaxis is not a party to it and cannot see or control what happens to a file once it leaves the App.
Your Rights
Because nothing is transmitted off your device, most rights are already in your hands directly inside the App:
- Access & Portability: open any project to see everything stored for it, or export a PDF report at any time.
- Correction: edit or delete any project, measurement, or note directly.
- Erasure: delete individual items, or use Settings → Delete All Data to wipe everything at once.
Children's Privacy
Eutaxis is a professional tool not directed to children under 13 (US) or 16 (EU/EEA), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the App has no server, no information from any user, adult or child, is ever transmitted off-device.
Security
Project data, measurements, and photos are stored using SwiftData and the iOS file system, protected by your device's built-in file system encryption. Because everything stays on-device, there is no server-side breach surface for this data.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the App evolves. Material changes — such as introducing a new third-party service — will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date before they take effect.
