Tookly ("the App") is a premium medication tracker designed for people managing ADHD and chronic conditions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

3. Firebase Services
Tookly uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to improve stability and features.
Firebase Analytics collects anonymous events such as:
- Onboarding completion
- Notification permission grant/deny
- Medication added (no medication name or dose is sent)
- Dose taken / skipped / snoozed
- CSV export started
Firebase Crashlytics collects upon a crash: device model, OS version, app version, and stack trace. No health data is included.

4. How We Use Information
- App Services: Medication scheduling, reminders, streak tracking, stock management
- App Improvement: Anonymous feature usage analysis via Firebase Analytics
- Stability: Crash diagnosis via Firebase Crashlytics
We do not sell, rent, or share your medication data with any third party.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
- Local Data: Stored on your device and deleted when you uninstall the App.
- iCloud Data: If iCloud sync is active, uninstalling the App alone does not remove your iCloud copy. To fully delete, go to your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and remove Tookly data.
- Analytics Data: Subject to Google's retention policies (Firebase).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the following rights:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Right of Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data
- Right to Restriction: Request limitation of processing
8. Children's Privacy
Tookly is not directed to children under 13 (US) or 16 (EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us and we will delete the relevant data promptly.
9. Security
Medication data is stored in SwiftData on iOS and protected by the device's file system encryption. Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock is available within the App.
When iCloud sync is enabled, data is protected by Apple's end-to-end encryption policies both in transit and at rest. Your data is never transmitted to our servers.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated due to changes in law or service updates. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
