Virmina ("the App") is a minimalist habit tracker designed to help you build healthy habits.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Virmina is a Local-First app. Your habit data and records are stored on your device by default.
If you are signed into iCloud, data may also be stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) for multi-device sync.
Your data is never transmitted to our servers.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Virmina uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics
(Google LLC) to improve app quality and stability.
Firebase Analytics collects the following anonymous events:
- Screen transitions and feature tap events
- In-app interactions such as habit completions, failures, and grace day usage
- Onboarding completion status
Firebase Analytics does not collect personally identifiable information.
All data is anonymous and used solely to improve app features.
It is never sold or used for marketing purposes.
Firebase Crashlytics collects the following information upon a crash:
- Device model, OS version, and app version
- Crash location (stack trace)
- Timestamp of the crash (UTC)
Crashlytics data is used solely to improve app stability and does not include
any information that can personally identify you.

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes.
- App Services: Habit registration, tracking, notifications, and streak calculation
- App Improvement: Anonymous feature usage analysis via Firebase Analytics
- Stability: Crash diagnosis and bug fixes via Firebase Crashlytics
We do not sell or share your habit data with any third parties.

- Habit & Record Data (Local): Stored on your device and permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
- Habit & Record Data (iCloud): If iCloud sync is in use, uninstalling the App alone does not remove your iCloud copy. To fully delete iCloud data, run Settings → Reset All Data before uninstalling.
- Advertising Data: Subject to Google's data retention policies.

Manual Deletion: Settings → Reset All Data deletes all data from both your device and iCloud instantly.
We hold no copy of your habit data. If you do not use iCloud sync, uninstalling the App is sufficient to completely remove all data.
Depending on your region, you may have the following rights.
- Right of Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Right of Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data
- Right to Restriction: Request limitation of processing

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
We do not sell your habit data.
Virmina is not directed to children under the age of 13 (US) or
16 (EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you become aware that a child has used the App, please contact us immediately
so we can take appropriate steps to delete the relevant data.
Habit data is stored in iOS Core Data / Android Room Database and protected by the device's file system encryption.
When iCloud sync is enabled, data is transmitted to and stored in Apple's iCloud under Apple's encryption policy,
both in transit and at rest. Your data is never transmitted to our servers.
This policy may be updated due to changes in law, service updates, or Google policy changes.
We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notifications or this page.
Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
