Eutaxis

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eutaxis ("the App"), published by Hoons Labs. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eutaxis is an on-device toolkit for construction, interior, and inspection professionals and enthusiasts. It provides AR-based distance measurement, a digital bubble level, a photo annotation tool, ambient light and noise estimation, before/after photo comparison, and PDF report generation — all processed locally on your device.

• AR Ruler Pro accuracy depends on your device's hardware. Devices with LiDAR ("Gold" tier) are more accurate than devices using camera-only estimation ("Silver" tier); some devices cannot run AR measurement at all ("Bronze" tier). The App indicates which tier your device falls into and shows a confidence level with every reading.
• Level Pro readings come from your device's built-in motion sensors, which have their own tolerance and can drift with calibration or temperature.
• Light Tracker and Noise Analyzer use your device's camera and microphone to estimate lux and decibel levels. They are convenience estimates for comparison purposes, not calibrated photometric or acoustic instruments.
• Environmental conditions — lighting, reflective or transparent surfaces, device motion, background noise — can all affect every measurement above.

Always verify measurements that matter with a certified instrument before acting on them.

• You are responsible for verifying any measurement, reading, or report before relying on it for a real-world decision.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission before photographing a job site, property, or people, and for complying with applicable laws where you use the App.
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

You retain full ownership of the projects, measurements, photos, notes, and reports you create in the App ("Your Content"). Because Eutaxis has no server, Your Content is never transmitted to us — we have no access to it and claim no rights over it. You are solely responsible for backing up Your Content, since there is currently no cloud sync; see our Privacy Policy for details.

The current version of Eutaxis is free, with the following limits: up to 5 active projects, up to 3 tags per annotated photo, and a watermark on generated PDF reports.

A future version may offer an optional paid plan that lifts some of these limits. Its price, terms, and payment method will be presented to you in the App and in the App Store at that time, and your purchase will be subject to Apple's App Store terms in addition to these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that measurements will be accurate, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoons Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App — including damages resulting from reliance on a measurement, reading, or report produced by the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
